HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO COMPLETE?

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

Our workshop is based in Umgeni Business Park.

Customers are more than welcome to visit our showroom with an appointment at any time. However, if you are coming to view something specific, or if you wish to discuss a custom piece or project – we always prefer if you’d contact us ahead of time, just to ensure that we have the product on hand or that the right person is here to help you.

HOW LONG DOES REGULAR DELIVERY TAKE?

We use the road freight service (within RSA) which takes 2-5 days to major centres. 

Some products are made to order depending on availability and might need to add 1 – 3 business days to allow for manufacturing.

DO YOU DELIVER TO OUTLYING AREAS?

Yes, this usually takes up to 5 working days on the road freight service and the location – get in touch if you are unsure and we’ll obtain a manual quote for you.

MAY I CUSTOMISE ONE OF YOUR STANDARD ITEMS?

Yes, let us know what you are after and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request – customisations require some extra time. Please contact us to see if we can assist you.

DO YOU TAKE ON CUSTOM PROJECTS?

Absolutely.

We work on hotels, restaurants, retail shops, offices as well as smaller projects where only a few items are required. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We pride ourselves in having very few (almost zero) returns which is due to the focus on quality that we put into each aspect of production.

Good decision making is a big part of being a satisfied customer so if you need help please reach out to us so we can assist in the process. 

However, we do sometimes miss the ball so if you feel the product is defective or of poor quality please let us know immediately and send pics to detail this – we will make sure to sort it out as fast and effectively as possible. 

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND – WHAT NOW?

We know this does happen, however we ask that you consider your options and ask for advice in making your purchase as returns has a negative impact on our business and ability to offer locally made products affordably.
